I still don't see why they're not IP banned. I've tried to proxy Newgrounds before, and it never fully works. You can't log in, or get the pages working right.
But I can agree, they've caused some shit with the Whistle Points, as well. It's not really the staff's fault, these users just need to be dealt with.
