im curious as to if this was a problem for a while....because i have been trying to submit art to the portal for months and i have been denied every time i try.....i fill out all the info and click submit and then it just sits there spinning for days on end.....got any ideas as to how to fix this? i would really like to submit stuff again

Did you add more PM filesize? I just noticed my PeMis grow much longer than it's ever been before, just as I was reaching the limit.
