No one actually hacked the site - they phished a couple mod's passwords, and then did things we trust mods not to do. This wasn't a case of exploited security weaknesses; it was a clever hoax site that duped some people. There's nothing we can do to prevent things like that, except tell users to be VERY CAREFUL.
